| City of Carson Public Hearing Regarding 2009-2010 Budget Amendment April 12, 2010 Present: Weuve, Strong, White, Jones (arrived at 7:32 PM) Absent: Damgaard Mayor Taylor called the public hearing to order at 7:31 PM. The hearing was regarding the 2009-2010 Budget Amendment. Public present, no comments. Weuve made a motion to close the hearing at 7:32 PM, seconded by White – 4ayes. Mayor Taylor called the regular meeting to order at 7:32 PM. Weuve made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Strong – 4 ayes. Public was present no comments were made. Weuve made a motion to approve Resolution 2010-7 (Approve 2009-2010 Budget Amendment), seconded by White – Roll Call 4 ayes: White, Weuve, Jones, Strong. Motion carried. White made a motion to approve the consent agenda, seconded by Jones – 4 ayes. The consent agenda consisted of March 8, March 15, & April 5, 2010 Minutes, April Bills, Clerk & Treasurer Reports, Overtime Report, Community Center Report, Fire Department Report, Utility Report, Municipal Infraction Report Sheriff’s Report, Approved Building Permit Report, Approve Legion Beer Permit Renewal contingent on Dram Shop.
