Special City Council Meeting

March 15, 2010

Present: Weuve, Strong, White, Jones, Damgaard

Mayor Taylor called the special meeting to order at 7:31 PM. 

Jones made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Weuve – 5 ayes.

Public present.  No comments made. 

Tim Teig of Snyder & Associates presented a proposals for grading the streets and storm sewer work in the Tibbles Subdivision.  Also cost estimates were provided for hard surfacing options (Double Seal Coat, Asphalt, Standard Concrete).  Discussion held regarding property owner assessment options to pay for hard surfacing options. 

Damgaard made a motion to table Resolution 2010-6 (Approve Engineers Scope of Services for Tibbles subdivision Street Grading and Storm Water Drainage-Dated March 12, 2010), seconded by White – 5 ayes. 

Weuve made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:15 PM, seconded by Damgaard – 4 ayes.
