Special City Council Meeting

January 18, 2011

Mayor Taylor called the special meeting to order 7:00 PM. 

Present:  Weuve, Damgaard, White, Jones, Strong. 

Jones made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Weuve – 5 ayes.

No one from the public was present. 

Weuve made a motion to advertise a request for proposals for a new maintenance backhoe with the bid opening to be held on April 11, 2011 and bids must be good for 90 days (July 11, 2011), seconded by Damgaard – 5 ayes. 

Damgaard made a motion to set a $250 Park Deposit in relation to Ordinance No. 203 for Events held in the City park, seconded by Jones – Roll Call 5 ayes: Weuve, Jones, White, Strong, Damgaard.  Motion carried. 

Damgaard made a motion to adjourn at 7:17 PM, seconded by Weuve – 5 ayes. 

The special meeting was followed by the annual City Budget Workshop which adjourned at 8:40 PM.
