Special City Council Meeting

January 4, 2010

Present: Damgaard, Strong, Weuve, Jones.  Absent: White

Mayor Taylor called the special meeting to order at 7:32 PM. 

Damgaard made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Weuve – 4ayes.

No one from the public was present.

Weuve made a motion to approve the Change Order with General Excavating for the Water Improvement Project Net Total Change Order -$2,568.00, seconded by Jones, 4 ayes. 

Damgaard made a motion to approve a 20 gallon gas credit at the Country Store for Frank Rose’s snow removal at the Community Center, seconded by Weuve – 4 ayes. 

Jones made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:42 PM, seconded by Weuve – 4 ayes.
